Tariffs
The Oaks features four accommodation rooms consisting of three queen size rooms and one single room. A large sitting/dining room and an intimate sitting room, both with stunning open fires, are available for exclusive guest usage.
Single occupancy/shared bathroom $160
Double occupancy/private bathroom $185
Double occupancy en-suite bathroom $275
Dinner - $75 per person
All tariffs include home baked breakfast (home baked croissants/cinnamon rolls/bacon and eggs, fresh fruits etc.) a complimentary welcome drink and gst.
Please be advised that Lunch and Dinner reservations can be made on point of booking.
Facilities
All double occupancy rooms feature queen size beds and tariff variation is based on room size.
The Homestead features a cot in the single room which will be provided free of charge to families with small children subject to availability. High chair/stroller is available free of charge. The single bed will be provided free of charge to families with children under 12 years old, subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled more than 48hrs prior to arrival date will not attract a cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled within 48hrs of arrival will attract a cancellation fee equivalent of one night's accommodation tariff and no shows will attract full payment of original reservation.
Special events will attract a modified cancellation policy which will be clearly communicated on point of reservation.
